Attraction tickets delivery

Hi,

How long is delivery taking. On website it says 7 days. Should be 7 days today , when I log in still saying processing order! I’ve emailed them but I want to reserve my Disney days. Thanks

From payment mine took about 5 working days to arrive

There is no definitive answer to this sadly, they should arrive within 7 days there not guaranteed within 7 days, call them and you will find out if they have been sent out already and if they haven’t you can ask them why they haven’t sent them

Mine didn't come within the 7days so I rang them and they sent out "replacements" which I got next day.

There were no tracking details on my original email so if yours is the same I'd pick up the phone 👍

oh this is interesting.
I was expecting to have to download everything, I didn't think they were still posting actual tickets out.
It's been 7 days and we haven't had anything come through

They must be a bit slow at the moment with posting. As also not had tickets yet
