11 Year old birthday

Hi,

We arrive in Orlando on my son’s 11th birthday. We will have spent the day at Busch gardens. Can anyone suggest a nice restaurant we could go to for his birthday dinner. We don’t have Disney tickets so the parks aren’t an option. We’ve never tried City Walk and the last time we were in Orlando was 2017 when our boys were only 5 and 8 so they have forgotten a lot.

Thanks Jennifer

Our son is turning 14 in Orlando, we are going to Cheesecake Factory because it's one of his favourites

There's lots of restaurants at Disney Springs...also a big bowling alley "Splitsville" so you could do 10 pin bowling and a meal?

Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but, you can visit disney resorts without disney tickets. I wont be able to recommend any though as I havent been since a child but I hope that helps you, if that is something you wanted to consider.

I've only stayed onsite and as this poster states you can go to any of the resorts for food so always an option.

If he still likes characters then look for his favorites. Without characters I'd highly recommend AKL so you can see the animals. We stayed there so ate in all 3 restaurants.

That sounds like a fun way to celebrate 11.

Our next trip will be a rescheduled birthday trip, so we are "celebrating" birthdays a couple months late. I am planning to take them to BigFire Grill at Universal CityWalk. I know they'll both be excited about the Make Your Own Smores with the portable fire.

Our youngest turned 10 last time we were out there and he wanted to go to Taco Bell,
it is his go to food place in the US and we regularly stop at one for a midday snack before a proper meal later in the day. The middle lad turned 13 and he wanted to go to Bubba Gumps.
We have 3 birthdays whilst out there in August this year 13th/16th and 57th all in the space of 5 days so I will have had enough of birthday cake at the end of the 3rd one
