Question These Disney Park VBloggers

These Disney park vbloggers on YouTube they are always on site for new ride openings, new park openings, anything and everything Disney parks and cruises that is new and much more but how do they do it? What I mean is it seems none of them have a real 9-5 job as how would they get all that time off to vblog all this? It seems some live nearby but not all of them must, but I’d love to know how they got started and if some started as a hobby and then moved closer to the theme parks once it became a full time profession. Also how do they make money if they don’t have a real job and seem to be in Disney etc all the time, I’m very envious haha?

It all depends on how many subscribers a vblogger got for example Tim Tracker got 857000 subscribers and if they upload videos nearly every day. They average 150000 views per video Advertisers pay between $2 to $12 per 1000 views so if it’s $2 it’s $300 to up $1800 per video.

From what I can make out, it takes time to build up a YouTube fan base. I think Tim Tracker mentioned it took 10 years of vlogging before he got a media pass for Disney, and was working as well as vlogging in the beginning.

You can earn a decent amount from YouTube, but it’s all dependent on how many views you get per video. We did look up the average earnings of some of the Florida vloggers we watch - upto £18k per month.

The ones who are consistently vlogging Disney all live nearby, so they have Florida resident's passes and can easily go into the parks for a few hours to fit around their work schedule. Several of the younger ones (Kyle Pallo, etc) were Disney cast members so would have gotten CM rates on everything while they were starting out. Then once their channels were large enough to be generating revenue, quit Disney to just vlog the parks.

The non-local vloggers I follow tend to only vlog their trips, and go back to their regular lives between. They usually release content weekly rather than daily, so that can easily fit around a standard job.

There are also platforms like patreon, buy me a coffee, YouTube donations for subscribers to support the vloggers. Some also have a merchandise sideline ( t shirts, pins etc)

Adam the Woo must be making enough as his still got his apartment in California but rents out a room and now rents a place in Celebration. He spends about a month or so at each place and he also adds content every day even if his just gone out for food.

Tim Tracker earns over $500,000 a year from YouTube so I guess he doesn’t need any other job
