I thought it was just me. I wasn't impressed with the crown either. We had it yesterday and would have been happier with a normal sticky toffee pudding. They did well on everything else, but I shan't be ordering the crown again.

what did you eat yours with? We are not really pie people and so weren’t really sure what to serve it with, but just saw it and fancied it for a change! 😂

Sorry I have only just seen this!

We had it with roasted potatoes, carrots, peas, leeks, red cabbage. Have just had a piece cold today with pickle and actually think it was better cold!

Ah thank you. We ended up doing similar with the roast potatoes etc, although the boys weren’t keen on the sweetness of the stuffing, so ours got hacked to pieces and the leftovers didn’t seem appetising! 😂

I don’t think we would buy it again, but I didn’t hate it! 👍
