Oh I really like brie!

One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten was a baguette with brie and honey and walnut!

Not sure if you can do a baked brie - we recently tried baked camembert which we ate with bread and crackers and it was absolutely delicious. It was a bit like fondue actually!

We've got a ceramic camembert baker which says it can also be used for brie. Its delicious on a warm baguette.
