Good work Steve, looks brilliant , Always good to see the owners maintaining their property.

I just checked my dates on your website and shame you
haven't got any avilability on the dates I'm after.

Seems like all the good ones have been taken up.

Thank you we do try hard to make the villa a great place to stay.

Very little availability for this year and next, I do get a lot of repeat guests so that helps to keep the calendar filled.

Have you put a request in the villa request section?

I’m at the villa right now since November what we’ve spent is frightening
The next few weeks it’s remodling the second master bathroom but typical since our visit in November the fridge has decided to stop making ice , the HOA are on a roll about dirty drives ,weeds , mail boxes that need painted it’s never ending
A trip to Starbucks and Lowes B&Qon steroids is a villla owners theme park day
I’m off to replace light bulbs and recover the bar stools ( they might hit the drive on trash day )

Sounds fabulous, Gryff... apart from the DIY. Lol

so lucky to be able to spend eight weeks there... the most I have ever managed is almost six weeks, and that FLEW!

When do you have to come back to dull and dreary?
