Going it alone! Travel day! November 2021

Our taxi arrived early which was good as we had all been up for hours excited and eager to set off. We arrived at Heathrow, did our bag drop and passed through security ready for our flight with BA. The flight actually went really well. My little girl managed to keep her mask on for a good few hours however nobody was really checking masks and lots of people weren't wearing them. The food was spectacularly awful but luckily I took plenty of snacks. Im amazed at how well my little girl did on her first flight, no whinging, sat nicely, she made me very proud. Before you knew it we had landed and breezed through security at MCO, baggage claim however was a nightmare. We waited around 2 hours for our bags then after getting a trolley for our bags were told we had to leave them when we went out the door literally 2 mins from where bag claim was! Totally pointless

After a short wait for our taxi we were en route to Doubletree Hilton at seaworld. We quickly checked in despite a nervous 10 minutes where they couldn't find my booking. The kids were shattered so went straight to sleep while I unpacked and got the stroller, bags ready for the next day!
