if the room was available and included in the offer then Disney would allow it with an increase in price.

We were due to go at the end of January and I can confirm that Tower rooms were included in the offer for the dining credits etc.

It's possible they vary the route sometimes but it is normally Casitas first, looping around to the tower. I remember hearing several complaints (not here) that the buses were full by the time they got to the tower.
Can also confirm. I was trying to justify the tower room to myself for months for 2022, so I know it was definitely included. Edited at 11:13 PM. |

tower room is def included in the offer.. I was booked a standard room (non tower) then upgraded to tower standard room.. in the tower, I believe theres tower water view room. tower standard 2 queen bed room. or tower one king bed room.. when I booked there wasn't any tower standard room avail thats why I booked non tower room as water view was too expensive.. then tower standard room became avail so I changed it.. it was roughly £50 more per night from standard room to tower standard room
hope this helps |

OP I've read through the posts but I'd say that your TA hasn't "changed you for no reason" they never made the right booking to "change" anything & it's the TA's fault! Now I would be under the impression that it is now up to them to get you what you booked & paid for & there should be no additional charge to you. I would communicate this to them, insisting that they rectify their mistake, then if no joy look at a legal recourse

Oh wow, we went in Sept 2019 and the tower was definitely last too and people often couldn't get on. We purposely choose casitas for being first on the bus route so glad it didn't change while we were there!

If your invoice says Coronado Springs, you booked the wrong Hotel.
It should say….Gran Destino Tower Disney332

Not true, they're not separate hotels. All of the tower rooms are bookable room categories under CSR.
They've given the tower its own name to identify it style wise (since its theming is Spanish influence rather than the Mexican/Southwest theming of the older part of the resort) but from an operational perspective, it is all CSR. Edited at 09:49 PM. |
