Definitely not too many. Great savings and workings out.
We've got 8 booked for our upcoming 2 week road trip. Most ever had was 13 over 3+ weeks.
Get yourselves some packing cubes from Ebay - they'll help massively.

Im here now and the queues are horrendous. I stayed at AS Music for a couple of nights before going to Old Key West. I love the All Stars.

With the cost of Ubers factored in which will cut into your savings, I 100% would not want to give up my onsite Disney hotel. Being onsite is the only way to get an advantage over the crowds with early entry.

Even though the posted early entry is 30 mins, they have been letting us in 1.5 hours early!

I really think you would be very disappointed by staying on site then moving off site. Id be trying to save money on food if possible tbh
Whilst a bit sketchy sometimes, Disney transport is great and the pool in Movies and the whole atmosphere is amazing
