Disney private VIP tours ? Saw loads in parks - answer to crowds by the well off ?

Ive been to Disney many times and only ever seen one before. Today at HS, I saw 4 separate tours all on Slinky. Now bearing in mind these tours are for a minimum of 7 hours and cost $450 to $850 per HOUR plus tax and tip, PLUS entry costs, its no doubt something for the very well off families.

I wonder if more and more of the rich choose these tours to get on all the rides they want to due to crowds and the useless Genie + ?

More money than sense, Its starting to become plain greed, people will pay it though if they are wealthy, but where will it stop? will it begin to offload those that have to save up hard to go, you have to draw a line somewhere.

With all the onsite perks cut down, makes sense for the rich to switch from the deluxe resorts to the actually deluxe hotels like Waldorf and book tours instead.

Agree though, I saw loads this trip.

If you've got the money then why not.

A fool and their money are soon parted (I think that's written on a whiteboard in the CEO's office somewhere)

I wonder if they might be linked to creator days and trips? It’s usually big bloggers, you tubers and so on that Disney pair with. They do get VIP experiences and in return do things like signing sessions. I’m sure they’re usually about this time of year, as it’s outside peak and they can promote the parks online for summer bookings. My son has seen a few of the creators uploading about them on YouTube (he likes things like Evantube and the eebee family who have done them)

Tbh - these looked like normal families. I was ear wigging and the families were asking basic questions etc. Didnt seem like they was in the “know”
One of the tour guides was telling a family he was booked for the 7 hours the other month. All the family wanted was to go twice on Everest and go back to the resort as thats all the kids wanted !
Me and that family looked at him open mouthed.

Ps Id like to be a creator ! Lol
