Anaheim trip pending

Hi all,

We have almost booked a trip to Anaheim for April.

When I say almost….
I’ve booked the Residence inn Anaheim resort convention Center with free cancellation.

I have flights with VA using miles on hold.

I’m so nervous about all of the testing though. I guess I’m looking for reassurance and help with the trip.

Myself and my husband are fully vaccinated and boosted.
My 13 yr old son is fully vaccinated.

I have car hire to arrange and Disney tickets.

I’m hoping I can plan through using this thread and all of you knowledgeable people.

Anyone been recently that can give me some assurance that it will be a positive trip?

We are also going April - doing a road trip. Me, my partner, my two boys 18 & 16. A girlfriend 16 & step son 14. By the time we go we'll all be vaccinated and probably 5x boosted.

There's only the PCR before we go left now testing wise and I'm kind of hopeful that'll go by April.

Doesn’t have to be a pcr - can be an antigen (lateral flow test). 👍🏻

I’m hopefully going soon.👍🏻 Having to test and worrying about testing positive is removing any joy that I have about the trip. Wondering whether I made the right decision booking one.🙈

I’ll update IF we get to go.👍🏻

Hi Jojo, road trip sounds great! I’m hoping the PCR before we go will be gone by then too 🤞🏼

I’ve just renewed our Estas. Very quick turn around today.
All back within 30 mins.

This is my worry too.
Thanks for the LFT advise too. I didn’t know that.

I am off to Arizona in 4 weeks! For me it is the test coming back that concerns me most (as I live in France and coming from the USA et have to have a LFT no more than 24h before the first flight back. I think I will book one at the airport and keep my fingers crossed🤞🏻

LFT still needs to be supervised though to get into US.

I’m very relieved that we dropped that one for the UK I must say.

I hope this is not a silly question….

Can we use our magic bands in Disneyland?
