Samuel L Jackson and Emilia Clarke in Leeds today

Filming Avengers Secret Invasion. Some friends were stood right next to SLJ. Came as a shock to them to see cameras etc and wondered what was going on and SLJ was suddenly stood within a few yards of them.

Filming some of it in a passageway I used to walk through every day opposite Tattu (very good restaurant BTW!).

They have also been filming some in Halifax, hopefully not clashing with the filming of Happy Valley.

I can�t really believe a Marvel film/series (?) is being filmed in little old Halifax. I know that there have been quite a few series filmed here recently such as Gentleman Jack, Ackley Bridge and Happy Valley but this a whole other level. Apparently, the signs on shops near where they filmed were changed into Russian. Maybe it�s easier to travel to Halifax than it is Russia currently? 🤔

Yes they made Leeds Russia as well.

Then again, I saw the City of London near Bank of England transformed to Russia for Death of Stalin. They were filming Tom Cruise the Mummy same time, a street over as well. Plus we saw James Nesbit filming Cold Feet I think it was, 500 yards away. That was a real Sunday Morning film spotting �haul�
