We also got rid of a downstairs loo for our our kitchen extension. I am now eyeing up the cupboard under the stairs for a loo. I have room for a utility and loo if I redo the kitchen but I can't face it.

Regarding the tiled cupboard is it bad I thought great place to store wine?
