Holiday autos - dollar express

Hi Dibbers, I've booked car hire through holiday autos with Dollar. Since then I've registered for dollar express and finally received my membership number. What is the next step to get these linked?

I've tried to log in on the dollar page but I'm guessing that as I've not booked directly they can't find my booking. Do I email dollar or holiday autos to try and get these linked? I've read similar threads but can't remember which way around it is!

Thanks for the reply. Their website won't seem to let me go through the email process properly so I've done it through Facebook, hopefully they can help!

I forgot to add my Dollar Express number when we booked with them and when I called them they told me they couldnt do it.

I took my Dollar Express with me and it was no bother they did it at the rental desk in fact she told me I needn't have bothered queuing and could have just gone to the garage and they would have done it for me there.

That's great thanks for all the info. I got a reply straight away on Facebook, she took my details and said she would sort it and get back to me tomorrow. If not I will give them a call, failing that we will just trot out to the garage as if we have done it anyway! I've got the dollar express paperwork so fingers crossed. Don't want to waste valuable time queuing up!

I also emailed Dollar Express and now my confirmation no appears on my future rentals on the log in page.
