Our 17 yo loved having them with us as she is very close to them, as your younger son is with your eldest. It was great fun to have them with us.

We are staying at POFQ this year and have upgraded our dining plan. The food courts at both FQ and POR seem really good and you get real plates and cutlery at FQ which I prefer. Other qs places we fancy in DS are D-Luxe Burger and Daily Poutine which we haven't tried but they look good. Earl of Sandwich is good at DS too.
Couldn't agree more - it is great fun to have eldest DS with us. Eldest DS is fabulous with youngest DS and despite the age gap and him pretty much leaving home when he went off to Uni, they really do have a strong relationship. We sadly lost our middle DS, suddenly 13 years old and 11 months later our youngest DS was born. We've worked incredibly hard to make sure our family has survived the loss and thankfully we've got this far!
I don't know about you but having a third child later in life is such a different experience, hopefully will keep us young!

It's good that we have the option of using FQ's facilities too, especially if they've got proper plates and cutlery. It would make a massive difference to the whole QS experience if more of them did this.

Can’t recommend BLAZE enough! If you like Pizza they are one of the best... fantastic value on DDP!

Blaze is fantastic. Such great value for a QSDP.

We didn’t go to Polite Pig but we did earmark it for next time. It looks like a really good place.

Blaze pizza was fantastic, really tasty pizza. The drinks were really good too, not just your standard soft drinks.

Haven’t been to the Polite Pig but I have read good reviews.

Haven’t eaten at the new DS quick service places you mentioned yet but came on to say don’t write of POR food court. It’s loads better than the one at Caribbean Beach (I’ve stayed at both resorts and premthe work at Caribbean Beach). The build your own pasta and salad are great options.

It's great to hear that you think it's better. I appreciate the positive comments. I'm looking forward to our stay at POR.

I totally agree, our youngest keeps us on our toes and definitely a different experience than when we had the boys at home. She has dragged me around Cardiff all day today shopping as it's half term here, I'm exhausted 😀. So sorry for your loss. It does seem that babies later in life come for a reason, I am sure your youngest has been a great comfort to your family. Hope you all have a wonderful holiday 😊
