Alamo Savetime, barcode, no rental agreement!

If we had chosen the car first and went to the barrier it would have worked fine, it's purely because we asked which area to choose the car from and she said that she would print everything there and then. Next time I'll definitely jump into the car and go straight to the barrier x

Meant to add that the rest of the staff were busy with customers (there were 3) and that's why we went to the kiosk x

Ahhhh makes sense
I wish we'd been able to print the agreement out beforehand but I guess you can't have everything... at least we have the barcode

I have printed my agreement beforehand but I have never needed it in all the times I have done Savetime ( 6 times )

Nothing gives peace of mind as much as others experience
When they scan the barcode, does that give them all the driving licence details that I submitted for them to just print straight off?
The e-itinerary barcode page I've printed doesn't have any licence details on, just the rental period and class of car I think
