Rogue One - Day 2 – First Day.

Crew: me (mum), Thomas (age 11) and George (age 10)

OK so my children are immune to jetlag and I am writing this in our hotel room as they sleep (it is midday in the UK).

So while they sleep here are some pictures of our lovely room at The Rosen Inn at Pointe.

Best I put those in now before we trash the place too much!

I had planned a rest day today, the boys woke and informed me that was not happening. I managed to bargain with them enough to at least let us go to the CVS 24hr massive store in the parking lot to buy everything we needed before we headed off to Aquatica.

Once in the Mustang the kids cheered when I worked out how to open the roof. & we were off I headed off down I drive confidently in the wrong direction, drove back down I drive.

When we got to Aquatica we had a great time going on most of the rides but called it a day by lunchtime.

We had pizza in the Pointe Plaza opposite.

& then enjoyed some pool time.

We headed out for some dinner.

By now George who had managed to stay awake the longest last night was shattered, so we went to a burger joint. This turned out to be a good choice.

We left and started to walk back this then turned into a run as the thunder clouds chased us. We just made it back to the room before the storm.
