North Conway. NH, just the two of us

This is a belated 25th wedding anniversary and my 50th birthday trip. It wasn't till after we booked that we realised this is the first time it's been just the two of us on holiday in 25 years.

So there's me and dh53. We've both been to conway before but at Christmas and February skiing ing etc so this time may be more site seeing with a little Christmas shopping. Although we are taking our ski boots but nothing else as VH no longer allow a free extra case for sports equipment.

Alamo online already done Inc satnav. ESTA s and everything sorted but then we have to change DH s. He had to fly to USA with work last week and is home tomorrow.

A month ago one of our dogs had cruciate ligament surgery so instead of stressing over the holiday, I'm stressing over her and how ds20 will cope for the 10 days or so.

We're booked through VH but flying Delta as the flight times are better. Flying from Heathrow to boston. Staying at north Conway grand hotel

Looking forward to hearing all about it as we are off to New England next summer and the White Mountains are on our list of places to stay!
