Mobile Hong Kong help

Hi,

Heading to Hong Kong Disneyland in a few weeks and I have some questions.

1. So the Disney hotels have character appearances?

2. Is there anywhere outside of Disneyland to eat nearby?

3. Is there anything to do in the evening/ afternoon we arrive as we don’t have park tickets for that day?

4. How busy will it be between Christmas and New Years?

Any other tips for our trip?

We stayed at Disneyland Hotel. We were club level and there were characters in the lounge every evening. In the morning Goofy took a Tai Chi class in the lobby. I don't remember seeing any others.

No there isn't really anywhere to eat nearby other than at the hotel you are at or one of the other two.

Likewise, there isn't really anything else nearby to do, not without getting some transport. I wonder if the hotels would be nicely decorated and you could get the complimentary shuttle to go and have a look around?

No idea how busy it would be that time of year.

the park is a lot smaller than other disney parks but it is also very accessible via the subway. We just ate elsewhere and 'commuted' to disney, we didnt stop at a disney hotel.

Thanks for replying

We ended up staying at the Explorers Lodge which was beautiful! It is very useful to have the subway nearby so we went into the city and to Tung Chung for some food.
