I said in my first post that I should have realised. I only posted about infants not eating free because I didn't want anyone else to be caught out by the same assumptions. My only complaint around infants not eating free is that it's not clear in the information about the meal - it's advertised exactly the same way as Akershus which does allow infants to eat free. Other people have jumped all over me for this when it was literally a passing comment in my first post.
I have spoken with Disney and they have sent me gift cards as an apology for our allergy dining experience. I was also promised that my complaint would be passed on to the restaurant. |
