Just trying to book with Andy right now for the very first time as he was able to heat the VH price we had. Just a bit confused though as the DFCH website says no deposit required and book now, pay later but the link sent to the booking form says complete the form and we'll get sent a confirmation and a phone call for our payment. Can anybody who has used Andy previously just run through the process for me?
Also, we are booking SFO to LAX and VH have no one way fees so is that the same with Andy?

Sounds like I need to update the manual booking form... Haven't called for payment details for years... I use the manual form to collect the info I need to put the booking through if my supplier has been able to offer me a better price. I then enter this on to my automated system and send you through the booking confirmation. This will have a payment link on for when you're ready to make payment.. The system will also send you a reminder email when the balance is due (8 weeks prior to collection).

Thanks Andy. Just added another question about one way fees. As we are doing SFO to LAX can you just confirm no one way fees apply? Cheers

No one way rental fee's for that route.

The booking form has been updated as well.

Thanks Andy. Can't believe you answered my first query before I'd even had the chance to edit my post and have now answered my second query and amended the booking form before I've even started to fill it in! Just doing the form now. Appreciate all your help
