Ha ha. As we know any restaurant can have a bad few minutes or day etc.

We walked out! Appetisers stone cold.

The Manager came over and she assured us the entrees would be fine

She came back as they arrived - both stone cold. Her face was a picture. She was mortified.

She offered us a bottle of champagne free but I declined as I told her I never accept gifts.

Our ADR window is Saturday morning. We have pencilled in the places we want (and back ups!) However I am really stuck with what to do for our wedding anniversary. We have been to California Grill before, nothing wrong with it but maybe want to do something different? Also, had a look at some menus and DH not feeling Citricos and I dont want to do Victoria and Alberts.
