Hi looking at all the menus and their really helpful ,we're on the QSDP for the first time ,I can only see the snacks that have the symbol next to them ,how do we know which meals we can have please ?

Anything that you walk up and get yourself is a Quick Service, will normally come with fries and a drink but just ask, they are used to explaining the dining plan.
