Changes to menu at Sunshine Seasons Epcot

Just read this.

Not good for us as being vegetarian the vegan korma was our favourite thing from there. 🙁

Doesn’t make any nutritional sense replacing a Caesar salad with a potato salad! That’s adding carb to an already large amount of carbs?

I remember watching Jamie's School Dinners when he went to the US, and whoever regulates meals for schools over there considered potatoes to be one of the vegetable options. So, a lunch of mac and cheese with fries was nutritionally okay as potato is a vegetable

I think it's a poor substitute too, and disappointed to see the vegan options and chicken noodle salad go too

I agree. I'm a bit fed up that they've taken the only hot vegan dish away and not replaced it with anything.
Only a couple of veggie options there now. It was nice to eat something different to the usual veggie offerings at Sunshine Seasons.
Looks like it world showcase for us this summer instead.

Very disappointed, was looking forward to trying Sunshine Seasons on next trip but don't think we will be bothering now 🙁
