Checking flight departures at MAN as we often do, other flights don’t seem to be so affected.

Could be a knock on effect from earlier delays in the week at LGW. Not great but I'm sure the Flight Ops people at VA will be working hard to try to mitigate the problem.

The VS27 from LGW and the VS75 from Man were not too far off their departure times today.

I’m not too bothered about my flight as I would rather be safe and just get there. A week after we get there though, we are checking out of BC, then meeting my OH at MCO, picking up hire car and then checking into RPR. At the moment I have visions of us waiting at the airport for many hours!

Check his flight on FlightRadar24 and dont get there too early. We are meeting our Daughter at MCO 1 week into our holiday.

I will track her flight and arrive at the airport at the same time she lands.

I check my incoming flight, either the night before or on the day. Of course if crew is the problem, the incoming plane being on time won't help. If the incoming plane is late I go to the airport knowing I've got a long wait which helps me put up with it. A 4 hour wait is psychologically better than expecting a 2 hour one that somebody doubles.
