Well done on all your losses. I lost 5 stone on pro points after my wedding but have put it all back on (and some friends!) Due to a long illness. I struggled for months with smart points so was really worried about flex but I love It! I've lost 8.5 lbs in 3 weeks but have a long long way to go! My go to is pasta with a zero points veg sauce and prawns, chicken or quorn. Wishing you all the best with your goals!

I didn’t loose anything this week 😢 was doing well 7 1/2 lbs in four weeks. I’m a bit disappointed but more determined to loose weight next week. How is everyone else doing?

I’m really struggling on flex and I either lose a pound, put the pound back on or stay the same! I had loads of success on the normal smart points plan so I’m thinking of following that again for a few weeks to try and shift some weight. I’m 9stone 11 and want to get to 9.

I am loving the new Flex plan I’ve just returned to WW after a 7 month break and gaining over a stone going well so far feeling full so not as tempted to snack lost 3.5 lbs first week

I do it online only and no they don’t send anything out. I just use the website and app.

Hello, is anyone able to roughly explain the different plans you can follow at the mo? I did it before and there was a plan where you didn't have to count most foods and you had points for 'treat' type foods. And I think you could combine it with days where you counted everything? I'm thinking of signing up online but just wondered if anyone can explain a bit about this new flex plan first please? Thanks 🙂

I started with WW flex in January, loving it! In 5 weeks I’ve lost 16lbs. I plan for the week, make soups/salads for lunches. I find it really easy using the app to track everything.
Excercise starts tomorrow, joining the leisure centre so I can go swimming 3/4 times a week.
