ooo new post again over the weekend!
Meals look lovley everyone. I didn't get pictures but we had Doner Kebab and Salad fake away friday night and pizza and salad saturday night, fake away for me with a WW wrap but the kids and DH had some proper pizza dough and I helped them make their own and Sunday was slow roased beef chunks with Carrots and Onion, SW Garlic Roasts, peas and 1 yorkshire pudding (synned) which was all delicious! No pictures sorry - I feel like i have had a proper cheat weekend even though i haven't! Bonus Weigh in for me tonight - hoping for good things as I did 100% SP Tue-Sat and did regular day on Sunday. Have a good week everyone |

The frittata looks lovely and a great way to get rid of leftovers

I'm going to have a look for that recipe, I make Bombay potato bahjis which are syn free and gorgeous so I'm sure I'd like these.

Hello everyone, a lot of people may know me from my journey with weight loss through 5/2 diet fasting. I lost 7.5 stones doing it this way. Over a period of around 18 months I got slack, stopped fasting and picked up bad habits again. This led to a gain of 1st 8lbs. I was gutted so January 2nd got back at it with fasting. For some reason this time it hasn’t worked and so I decided to try eating following SW. I don’t go to classes, just going alone. In 14 days I lost 6lbs so was very happy! Within that time I had a blow out takeaway night, a meal out for a celebration and an afternoon tea! These are some of the meals I have made mainly using SW recipes but an odd one is of PON.
Today has been a bad day as my DH wanted to take me to Pizza Hut so I went lol... I didn’t put up much of a fight, but it’s a marathon not a sprint and a little of what you fancy does you good. |
