I started on Monday (got back from Florida on Sunday) so will officially weigh in on Monday...although I love stats, so I weigh myself every day anyway😂
I wasn’t so good yesterday, had way too much sugar! Porridge oats, skyr yoghurt and blueberries for breakfast, 289 calories Terryaki mugshot for lunch, 210 calories Chicken salad for dinner, 400 calories Snacks were 452😱 consisting of rainbow drops, peanut butter m and m’s and Brazil nuts. Total 1351 calories |

I weighed last Friday before starting, weighed again on Tuesday (3lb down) and again today (2lb down). I get a bit addictive with weighing myself so will restrict to every 2-3 days - although I was bouncing round the house on Tuesday morning

I’ve stopped weighing now as I was getting obsessed with numbers 🙈🙈😂😂
But I know it’s falling off as new jeans that I got last month in smaller size are hanging off me already |

Fab
Today - 1169cals Breakfast - ASDA instant Mocha sachet (72 cals) Snack - Cereal bar (90 cals) Lunch - Naked Noodle Chilli Chicken Soup (92 cals) & Quavers (87 cals) Snack - Gala Apple (54 cals) Dinner - Chicken in Louisiana Lime sticky sauce, lemon rice & a garlic bread slice (775 cals) I tend to have the same stuff during the day at work as I know it's fairly low calories but keeps me going until dinner. I definitely prefer to skimp on breakfast/lunch and have a large dinner. Daily target of 1128 which is to lose 2lb per week. I eat all extra exercise cals on top.

I think some people are saying 500/600 calories meaning for that meal only.
Others seem OK to me (1,100+ per day) as it depends on your height, age, activity level, amount to lose - it can vary so much.

I had muesli, milk and banana. Chopped salad with feta and a packet of popchips. Salt and chilli pork, sweet potato fries and coleslaw - 1184 so far so MIGHT have a bit of chocolate, seeing if I can wait that craving out

I had Kellogg's Biscuit Moments for breakfast, Ham salad roll for lunch, Weight Watchers toffee yoghurt for snack and Beef Stroganoff/pilau rice and a slice of garlic bread for dinner - 958 calories which leaves me more than enough for my nightly chocolate bar.😀

Today have managed 1219 (daily limit is 1400). Breakfast and lunch were the same as yesterday. Cooked a chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice for tea. I’m amazed at how many calories are in chicken and rice! Still getting my ahead around all of this, but each day is getting a bit easier.
