As others have said, there are various Matched Betting services out there that list daily offers. I won't pretend they are as easy, and there will be times when you take a series of small qualifying losses (usually less than £1 each) in order to try and hit an offer but don't actually hit it, but there are usually things each week that are simple and easy to do.

For example, several bookies (Coral, Sky, PaddyPower) have weekly betclub offers where you place a series of qualifying bets during the week, and at the end of the week they give you a free £5 or £10 bet.

William Hill have a "Scratch of the day" promotion every weekend that is usually along the lines of "Bet £10, get free £5 bet", which is a good £3.00 - £3.50 of profit usually.

Sky have weekly boosted accumulators - this sounds complicated but is quite simple in practice.

Whilst the "reload" offers you get after signups are more complicated than the simple sign-up offers, you will gradually be learning more about it as you go along, and what seems complicated now will become much clearer in time.

The other thing is multi-accounting. Most bookies allow other people in your house to sign up also, so your partner can also open accounts further down the line when things are looking a bit bare, allowing you to double-dip on the signup offers and any reloads too.

My story is that I knew nothing about this when I started in May last year, but the likes of Bozza convinced me to give it a go. I now have over £5500 profit from my initial seed fund of £250. There are many people out there who have made many times this.

It varies, but usually a few hours. I spent a lot more on it when I started as I was still learning, so I was taking it slow as I tried to understand it.

Probably an hour or so during the day (although that will stop soon as I'm changing jobs), and sometimes half an hour in the evening. The daytime time is usually more along the lines of "click refresh every so often and see what the current odds are". Once they are at the right level it takes seconds to place the bet(s).

Weekends maybe an hour or two per day - usually in the morning whilst I have breakfast.

Really depends on what's going on at the time. If there's big events happening then there's usually more offers and therefore more to do.

A couple of times I've done risk-free casino sign-up offers that take hours and hours to get through. Once after about 4 hours I ended up with nothing. Another time after about 6 hours I ended up about £200 up.

In general, the more time you spend doing it the more you'll make out of it. Also, you'll get a lot quicker at placing bets the more you do it.

I've not looked at the Profit Squad ones, but found the Profit Accumulator ones really good. Maybe try their free sign up and have a look?

What is the best one to read (that’s free!) so I can see if I can understand it more and whether I think I can get my head round it as a 46 year old who thinks she has dementia 😂
