Basically - avoid all weekends, and all French and Spanish holidays.

i'll be going 6th - 8th April just wondering which parks to do on which days, or if it matter at all in Paris.

I don't think it will make too much different to be honest, those dates fall on both UK and French school holidays so the parks will be very busy. Generally speaking the Saturday is likely to be the busiest day, followed by the Sunday and the Monday should be slightly quieter.

The French start their school holiday rotation on the 6th - but only 1/3rd of the country and not the Paris schools! I expect it will still be busy though!
