You should definitely go to the Crew’s Cup Lounge - a lesser-known lounge in yacht club that does amazing burgers (it shares a kitchen with yacht club steakhouse). It is not on the DDP but it is the same kind of relaxed vibe as beaches and cream - and no need for an ADR as it does not take them so perfect for your first night.

Another vote for Ale & Compass. We went three times on this last trip. Reasonable prices for Disney. Lunch really didn't cost much more than QS in park. Trattoria never been as good as Kat Kouzina was in my view. We went to Trattoria couple of weeks ago only ordered two pizzas my husband saw his waiting cooked ready for server to bring to table for 10 mins. Came cold and returned. Second go was just about OK. Didn't pay or tip for that meal after calling manager over.

Dont dismiss cape May, I don’t eat seafood, and there’s lots of others choices it’s very good, we go every visit.

Ah that's interesting - I'll take a look at the menu. Isn't the internet great?!
Edit: OK, so I've looked at the menu. The only advertised seafood is snow crab legs and the only other mains are 'carving station'. I'm guessing the carvery must be good and varied to get 4.5 on Trip Advisor?
