Mobile Jaleo opens in DS tomorrow

We are looking forward to trying this , does anyone know if it is on DDP and if it is a signature ? It is down as ‘fine dining’ on the WDW website that makes me think it may be a signature does anyone have any in info ! Thanks

I looked yesterday and it stated it was a signature

Yay! Last time I looked it was scheduled for winter 2019 so we booked Toledo instead but I’m going to switch it to this
(Hopefully)

I've eaten at the DC location and while expensive it was excellent.

The menu at DS looks similar but prices are about 20% higher across all items.
$10 for water? That's a no from me

Honestly! It's listed towards the bottom of the cocktail menu

Hendricks is my favourite gin but sheesh...
