Interesting - looking to get an SUV next year. Starting at $32k which is only about £25k. What's the betting it actually starts at £40k though?

Interesting... was thinking Audi Q5 (currently have an A4), or a Jag F-Pace. So this might be another option.

Not entirely sure about a rear-wheel drive big heavy vehicle in bad weather though...

Really like these but 20mpg isn't very appealing.
Neither is rear-wheel drive, in a turbo, automatic, or paying Volvo pricing at a Ford dealer.
If Ford UK don't bring in the top models maybe buyers can import them ? Like Lincoln Navigators and Escalades.

If Ford are focusing on higher value models they should look at their dealers. Around here they are EH. No way I would buy from them or use them for servicing.

Actually it's gonna be way to long for my driveway anyway. 4.8m is my absolute limit for a car, and even that's pushing it.

I've got a VW Tiguan and absolutely love it. We went from a Jag and much prefer this.

Which is alright till you need spare parts

We had a american imported Ford Explorer about 5 years ago , converted to LPG as that’s the only way we could afford to run it .

But when it needed spare parts it was a pain in the backside , we sold it after it was off the road for 5 weeks waiting for a part to come for it .

Which of the reason we’ve never bought a Lincoln Navigator as much as we like them .
