this is insane. I clicked the make a reservation, waited the countdown go from 15min and keep resetting finally got to 0 and castle is back!

open a new window go to my experience drop down and then park pass - then click the big blue button on the park pass page

No, you can't made reservations on the app! You can check them on there but not book them.

I would open a new web page and try this. I have it on my home computer with 30 seconds left but I just tried it on my work laptop and it's at 11 minutes.

Timer keeps counting down a minute then adding 30 seconds back on but it seems to be working better than my castle page

I've had the timer going on my laptop for about 20 mins now and it won't go any lower than 13 mins my phone is just getting stuck at 6 mins

I used the link further up and then eventually it got to zero and logged me in. Really easy to do once you are in. I've managed to get the parks we wanted for October 2020 (assuming we still get to go!)

Tried on three different browsers. Countdown finally got to zero and then the castle again.
Feel like I'm never going to get in.
