Thats the same as me, orbit with timer, then timer vanished and about 20 mins later it just changed to select your party.

Anyone else had trouble with a split stay reservation over New Years?

I've managed to book for my first hotel stay, but we move hotels on 3rd Jan and the system is saying I haven't got a valid park ticket - I assume it's because I have a 14 day 2020 ticket, but the second hotel stay is in 2021?

On hold to Disney for over 45 mins, but the phone line has gone totally silent, so no idea if I'm still in the queue, although the clock on my phone is still going?

can anyone tell me if doing a split stay -- so only 5nights on site, does that mean i can only book those 5 nights and have to do the rest on wed?

Managed to book a split-stay for September at two different WDW resorts. Sometimes the site got confused and would say I didn't have a valid ticket. But if I cancelled and selected the day again it usually worked (have to be very patient, do NOT start randomly clicking days, the buttons beneath the calendar might not be for the day you last clicked on).

All-in-all an awful lot of clicking back and forth, but got done. 21 days now booked out, though I am still not convinced we'll be even allowed in the country by then!

I’ve finally got the ‘Create your party’ page where it is now just loading friends and family. And loading. And loading. Anyone else get stuck on this for a while?

I managed to load friends,but then it went back to the castle!

Finally all 10 days done------ phew if you get olafs head when you get to the reservation section just hit back and try try try again - dont leave the reservation section

I've managed to book all of my days if it's just me.

If i try to include my partner it won't let me select more than one day, and it won't let him book any days on his own either!

Anyone else had this?
