Usarentacar- problem

We have been trying to contact Usrentacar for several weeks. we changed our original booking from May 2020 to May 21 but need to change it again or preferably have a refund. we have tried both email addresses but they have come back as undeliverable, the messages we leave on the phone go unanswered and live chat is down as well., although it does allow an enquiry , but that goes unanswered too.
we paid in full by debit card so quite a bit of money tied up with them.
Any ideas?

More evidence, if that were needed on here , of Andy's excellent customer service. Helping Dibbers to sort their problems who have booked elsewhere.

Don't suppose you were sending the original email to Usarentacar instead of usrentacar. Just noticed your post title has the 'a' in when it shouldn't.

I was in the same situation last year and I found their customer care to be less than ideal. I had also paid the full amount in advance. I found them OK up until the point that I wanted my money back and then they became unhelpful. They originally said that they needed to be refunded by Alamo first. I pointed out that my contract was with them and not Alamo. It got to the point that I raised an S75 with my credit card company - a refund then came through from them. I would not use them again.

They responded to the complaints email and we have changed the booking from May 21 to May 22 and from Sanford to Melbourne at no extra cost so a good outcome
