If you use I4 during the rush hour then expect your journey times to be longer than usual. From Southern Dunes you've got a choice of routes that will take you to Disney and I doubt that any of them will take an hour.

Definitely was never an hour for us, but was never 20 mins either due to the congestion at all times of the day on that stretch of road. 40 mins tops which we were expecting.

Glad you enjoyed... never stayed in Southern Dunes before, but it sounds great! to be honest the distance to the park never bothered me ..its the villa and the community that matters.. xx

I really enjoyed the travelling to the parks as I was able to see alot of the estates that I had been researching what looking for villas and now know where they are. We also went further south to other restaurants which we normally wouldnt have done. We like to stay in different areas each visit
