Hi have a look at the world quest 1 or 2 bed options, and really close to Disney main entrance, 3/4 mins. Also floridays which is bottom end I drive and also close to Disney.

Have you looked at the new Universal resort Endless Summer? It has two bedroom suites.

We stayed at Blue Heron a few years ago and had a 2 bedroom condo. We got it for a good price on one of the well known booking sites. We have also stayed at Windsor Hills in a villa but there are also town houses which were less than the villas.

I’d highly recommend vista cay. 2 bedrooms loads of space, beautiful resort and I drive is literally around the corner in the car. Walgreens, Publix, nypd pizza & beths burgers both great places to eat within walking distance!

Also highly recommend grande villas lbv, fabulous resort lovely rooms. Walgreens in walking distance and cross roads full of restaurants a drive down the road. 5 mins from gates of Disney

You could look at Cypress Point/Grand Villas at Lake Buena Vista. Expedia has some good prices there. Resort fee of $15 needs to be added on. We”ve been there twice and boing again at Christmas

Have a check for resort fees wherever you stay as this can add a considerable cost although if you book direct with an owner you may not have to pay?

Any of the Marriotts - we have stayed in Grande Vista - very spacious and nice pools, or Lakeshore Reserve - lovely big pool and can use JW Marriott facilities

I have bookmarked Blue Heron Resort as recommended on here and another site. Not been there myself though. We found a 3 bed Dibb Villa a little further out for a great price so went with that.

Staybridge Suites Lake Buena Vista. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , kitchen, lounge area. Free breakfast, managers special 3 nights per week - wine/beer/snacks. Free parking too. Close to Disney Springs, restaurants along Apopka-Vineland road. Winn Dixie next door, Walmart further down Apopka-Vineland. It's a brilliant location.
