'Claiming' Seaworld partner offers.. going tomorrow!
The hotel I'm staying at tomorrow is a Seaworld partner hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and I booked it through Expedia. I called the hotel today and asked about the partner perks mentioned on the site - Quick Queue and Rescue tour, but he said he didn't know about the tour. Every site listing the HGI as a partner hotel says about the Rescue Tour being a partner offer and that you can attend for free, but does anyone know exactly how I do this? Anyone stayed at Seaworld before and got the tour for free? The man said ask at the concierge desk where you get the QQ passes, but if anyone could give me a little more direction because they've done it before themselves that would be great!
Edit: I tried calling the hotel but keep being put through to reservations because 'they know more about this' but they just keep asking me to book a room - even though I tell them I already have one! Argh! Edited at 01:02 AM. |

Think you will have to ask, we just stayed at the Doubletree and all these Seaworld perks are news to me, we weren't told of anything like this on check in.

I didn't book through their website, I booked with Complete Orlando but wouldn't go back there if they gave me free tickets! They should let their customers know this on check in, not everyone uses the Internet.
