Manchester airport hotel stay

We are booked to stay at bewleys hotel the night before we fly out and are wandering where we should eat that night. Any ideas from others who have done this? We are 3 adults and 1 child, we aren't fussy and we will have a few hours to kill before bed

We plan to go to the trafford centre but failing that the restaurant in the hotel is supposed to be pretty good too.

We got the train into manchester, we are being dropped off at the airport and the bus to the traff took a ridiculous amount of time and they stopped early. So, for us, not viable without a car. The train the manchester is easy to get though, we did this when staying at bewleys.

Aaah we have a car so it isn't a problem and we don't want to be in the room too early with excited kids! Hoping the trafford centre wears them out a bit!
