'Different' Hotels

So we have all stayed in hotels with big pools, slides, fountains, waterfalls, disney views,giant Disney fibreglass things, lake views, on the beach etc...

But are there any 'different' hotels in Florida? Something with a unique selling point. A floating hotel or one right in the middle of the everglades. A revolving hotel (one currently being built in Dubailand) or one off the coast on its own island. Perhaps one with beach bungalows on stilts. You no, something different.
