Lake villa communities?

We love Lake Berkley but have had to book somewhere else for Easter next year as we couldn't get our usual villa.

I'm actually dreading having to stay somewhere else in case I don't like it as much as Lake Berkley - how pathetic is that

No they are both in a similar area the communities are both well maintained. LB is gated with a person on the gate and CL is just a code but this wouldn't bother me as we go in both gated / not gates communities. LB has the club house but this was hardly used when we were there by anyone so wouldn't sway it for me. Sorry that probably hasn't helped at all...
