I have just spoke with my travel against again and she said Disney have still not confirmed anything to them but they are working hard in the background to get it resolved. Looks like it's still the waiting game.
Have you shown your TA the warning on Disney's own website about the changes? You could also contact ABTA.

Hope you all get to change resort or get your £50 nightly reduction soon.
It's crazy that Disney haven't informed any of the TA's.
This whole thing is so poorly organised it's untrue!

I read somewhere on here that Virgin told one customer that they are having a conference with Disney at 3pm today and wouldn't do anything until after that. Or was it 3pm yesterday?

Yes I have forwarded on several screen shots of forum posts and the actual disney website but they still say until they have official conformation from Disney they can't do anything. Very frustrating!

I'm hoping I won't need to contact ABTA just yet but if nothing is resolved next week then I absolutely will be.

That rings a bell and I think it was 3pm today, I'm hoping to hear something by late afternoon.

Oh good, I'm still waiting to hear myself via Charter. My son and his girlfriend don't want to stay there now so it's going to be interesting if they have no space elsewhere 😉

The only mod that is showing for me on my dates are the cabins and I really do not want to stay there. Just need something for virgin.

I haven't heard anything from Virgin and i haven't contacted them as no one else seems to have got anywhere with them. I think that no answers are forth coming today, I will go in and talk to someone tomorrow because this just isn't fair.
