virgin still don't know anything and waiting for Disney to contact them. They say when they have information they will work in date order to contact people

Just phoned them, there is a meeting with the admin team and Disney about this so no update and unknown when an update will be issued as this meeting is currently still ongoing.

The chap I spoke to said he had seen the email sent from Disney and it was literally a one liner, which is pretty poor from Disney if its true. Distinct lack of planning from them if that's the case. He was as helpful as he could be with the information that he had to hand.

Is he telling porkies? Those who have booked direct have received a whole essay from Disney.

He was referring to the email Disney sent to VH rather than what has been sent to people who booked directly with Disney.

I'm inclined to believe them as I think they have left a lot of travel agents in the dark not just virgin. Very poor customer service from disney, regardless of who you book with we are their customers too.

Just had an email from the agent I booked in store with and she still does not know anymore. She said they are hoping to know by Monday at the latest, really hope it's before then!
