Can someone please explain what's happening.Ive tried to read the comments but I'm struggling to digest what's going on and when.We are staying CBR for 13 nights in October 8th,with a final night at contemporary due to no availability at CBR when I tried to shift my dates

The food court and arcade will be closed from 1st May. One of the smaller pools and the main pool bar is also closed. The resort will be under construction taking about 2 years to complete. Not sure how much of these facilities will be available to you by October...

Yes most people are now getting: a free move to POR or FQ, £50 per night off final invoice, or using the £50 per night toward an upgrade to a deluxe resort.
If when you ring you don't get offered a free upgrade ask to be put through to guest services. ☺️ |

Still debating what to go for myself. I'm going to dial at 08.59 and press option 2 at 9am and hopefully minimal queue or at least not the 2+ hours I had yesterday. 😳

So last night after 3hrs and 30 mins waiting to get through I managed to get an offer of the room swap at no additional charge or £50 per night. We took the swap to POFQ and confirmed and then the line cut off. This morning I've woken up to a new confirmation email for POFQ but it is asking us to pay the £476 balance! We had already paid our balance off and were assured the move would be free. Back on the phone again at 9am... sigh.
