I called several times after being given the £50 and in the convos the cms could see it every time.

you can log into MMB on the site and it shows your totals.

Also Guest Service can send it instantly if you can handle beauty and the bees - again...

I've been working shifts non stop this week so have been unable to call again !
It's not showing in manage my booking 😔
I'm going to send one more email to guest care this time see how I get on then will call again on my next day off x
