Did you DIY, or book complete package with Disney or a TA? If package - speak to the TA or Disney. If DIY - contact the Airline and let Disney know. Hopefully you can be get useful information and action soon 🙁 |

Totally different situation but when I broke my leg out there I rang insurance and they did everything, they arranged new flights and extra hotel as we had to stay longer but hopefully if u contact them they should be able to sort it all for u
