Anyone that has the wrong hotel showing on MDE have you rang the 0800 disney number?
I just did as I was showing GF when I booked AKL and she just corrected it all, tickets now showing too and I dont go until next OCt 2019. |

AKL Was on my VH page, GF was on mDE but its now AKL? Disney say they do not have her booking so she is ringing VH again

After weeks of mde saying Coronado springs for us instead of cbr which we had booked it is now rectified itself to say cbr! How is everyone else getting on? |

Just to say
Our situation was very similar - we go in October - earlier this year. Virgin gave us wrong accommodation and then lost us the dining plan as they had to 'rebook' and the offer finished. We cancelled they weren't bothered. We rebooked with ATD and got the room VH said they couldn't get and even paying for DP - which hurts - it's still cheaper! We got the same Virgin flights through Flights Direct. I'd never use VH again. |
