We have to pick our keys up from Hotelbeds USA too. The address I have is 3150 Vineland Road, S.R.535, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Is this the correct address?

I am confused with this address now because Broadway Travel who I got the tickets from have said that 3150 Vineland Road is the correct address. I don't want to drive there only to find that I have to drive somewhere else. I have been onto Hotelbeds USA website but can't find an email address to confirm with them. Has anyone got their email address?

We have the same dilema,it is the 3150 vineland road on our voucher but everyone is saying it isnt there anymore. I can't get throught to Travel Republic, but will keep trying.

I have found a contact form on Hotelbeds website so I have sent off a query. Hopefully they will get back to me to confirm what address we need to go to.

I got through to Travel Republic, who said that they are waiting for a reply from Hotel Beds for confirmation of the address and will send me an e mail when they know. But I am presumming that this new address must be the one if everyone else is saying so.

I have downloaded the directions from mapquest any way. Also this site is very good it shows you the 192 and what is on it.

According to mapquest it is near mile marker 8 close to the corner of arabian knights blvd near a wendys restaurant.

This is the email address which i got informed of the change of address for the welcome centre, they re-sent me my voucher with the new address on on 18th March you might want to contact them to confirm.

Exellent, thanks for that i know exactly where that is now, we use that wendys alot and have shopped at the nike store on more than 1 occasion I feel very relaxed now i know where we are heading.

travel republic got back to me yesterday, through an email confirming that we collect them from 3150 vineland road. I am still worried because if people are saying that office is closed, I don't want to be driving around at night after a long flighttrying to hunt down keys.
Travel republic are impossible to get hold of via the telephone. Something I may consider if booking through them again.
