Villa booked - how do I check taxes etc?

Hi,
Does anyone have a link to the website whereby I can check out if the owner has paid taxes etc? I'm sure it'll be fine as communication had been good but just wanting to check absolutely everything

It would depend on where the villa is located i.e which county. If you could tell us in which community it is located we could give you the correct county tax website.

Not sure of County, it's in West Haven though. I'll google it and see if I can get the County x

To check the public records at the Property Appraisers for Polk County visit polkpa

There is always an element of trust involved when renting a holiday home - you are trusting the owners to rent you their house, and they are trusting you to treat it with respect. Mostly everything works out fine.
